I Was Afraid

“I was afraid I would miss learning about myself if I left too soon.”

I have too much self preservation to go through six weeks of self love and physical therapy again. Counting the cost only seems to be a sacrifice. I feel just about right, though exercising my weak muscles is not easy. Susan taught me a safer way to take a flight of stairs, like one step at a time, and yet in the same breath she turned her back, and I rolled off the core stabilizing Swiss ball. I guess it can catch anyone off guard, even a professional.
